E-Resourcing believes it can deliver a better recruitment service than has been traditionally available. We are willing to make up to half of our fee refundable to the client were the client to be dissatisfied with the service provided.

The offer of this guarantee needs us to agree with our client a set of Key Performance Indicators that are within our control, we also like to be incentivised with a reciprocal over performance reward provided we delight our client with our performance against the same KPIs.
