From the outset, E-Resourcing provides candidates with precise details of the client / company concerned, its location, website and the description of the relevant vacancy together with a unique reference number.

We discuss your suitability for each position and will only submit a CV to the client company once your permission has been given. This avoids any unnecessary and time-wasting confusion and prevents CV duplications. References will be taken in agreement with you and the client company.

Once you receive an offer E-Resourcing will stay in close touch with you throughout the period before you start, ensuring you have a smooth transition into your new role.
Additionally, If you are a contractor:

We will ensure we continue to stay in touch and try to see you on a regular basis to maintain a trouble free and enjoyable assignment.

If there is the possibility of an extension to your contract then we will endeavour to inform you of the details at the earliest moment.
