Acquisition of D1 Computer Consultancy

1st February 2008: E-Resourcing is delighted to announce the acquisition of the business of D1 Computer Consultancy of London for an undisclosed value.

D1 is a high quality IT recruitment business with a small number of loyal senior consultants and clients.  Martin Allport, Managing Director of D1, says he is thrilled that the business he has run for many years will now become part of a younger growing organisation with a mature set of management and a professional and ethical culture, very similar to that of D1.  In fact Martin is so keen to be associated with E-Resourcing that he will be working on contract for one of the E-Resourcing clients from the beginning of February 2008 and additionally will be helping with the transition of clients and customers to E-Resourcing.

E-Resourcing is just over 2 years old and is owned and run by Alison Page, Kevin Thorn and Jon Tyler who were for many years the Sales Manager, Sales Director and Managing Director of a large International IT Recruitment business before starting out on their own.  With their expertise and experience they are committed to raising the standards of service to a level higher than clients and applicants are accustomed to.
