Alison Page, a graduate in Management Sciences, has over 20 years experience in the recruitment industry and has previously successfully run Sales and Operations across a number of industry sectors including IT, Pharmaceutical and Gaming for a large international recruitment consultancy. Alison managed and delivered all aspects of the service to many of the largest clients and led many delivery initiatives.

Jon Tyler, Director

Jon Tyler, a graduate in Business Studies, has worked within the recruitment industry for over 20 years. He was European Managing Director and Senior VP for a large international recruitment consultancy. Under his stewardship the European business grew from c£6M to £65M revenues. Jon headed up the various recruitment divisions within Europe including the award winning Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business, as well as the systems house. Prior to this Jon worked within the IT industry.

Kevin Thorn, Director

Kevin Thorn has over 20 years experience in the recruitment sector specialising in IT and associated areas. Kevin was previously Sales Director for a large international IT recruitment consultancy, a £65M turnover group that Kevin helped grow from c£6M. During that time he personally led many exciting new initiatives. Kevin spent a number of years on the REC IT&C Executive committee, the largest recruitment trade body of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and his contribution has been recognised by being awarded Fellowship of the REC (FREC).

Jennifer Lumley, Testing Market

Jennifer has over 20 years experience in IT recruitment and is qualified in and specialises in the software testing and QA market both in the UK and overseas. The division she runs has its own identity within E-Resourcing and is known as E-Assurance.  She is a committee member of the BCS (British Computer Society) SIGIST (Specialist Interest Group In Software Testing)

Barbara Demedts, European Markets

Barbara has been working in the European IT market for over 15 years, particularly the Benelux area.  She is a Belgian national and speaks English, French and Flemish (Dutch) fluently.

Ian Pratt, E-Resourcing Thames Valley Manager

Ian has over 20 years experience in the recruitment industry.  He has previously been a manager and then Director in a number of leading IT recruitment businesses and now brings his expertise to bear particularly in the area of IT sales and pre-sales recruitment roles.
